UMM Helping Hands Project
Church family, as a local mission project the UMM would like to offer help to those in the congregation who are incapacitated and perhaps need help in making repairs or odd jobs around their house and property.
Please let our Parish Nurses (Sandy Smith or Carole Zay) or Guy Starr know of your need and we will do our best to help you out.

The men of CFUMC meet on the third Sunday of the month at 7:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall (September -June). We share a time of food and fellowship and then a short time of Bible study. Occasionally, there will be a program after breakfast, but our main focus is sharing in fellowship with other Christian men. We meet September through June and, by the way, we cook our own hearty breakfasts each month with Lee's steak and egg breakfast topping off our year in June.
The UMM work hand-in-hand with the Trustees, completing various projects around the church and we have been known to help the United Methodist Women from time to time too. As mission projects we prepare and serve a meal at The Calvary Mission each year and also ring the bell for the Salvation Army each Christmas season. The UMM are always willing to help those in need at CFUMC or our community.
This fall a few of us attended the East Ohio Conference UMM Fall Rally at Grace UMC in North Canton and had a great day of food, fellowship and worship. It was a faith filled inspiring day with like minded Christian men. We will be attending the spring rally and invite any man interested to join us for this time of male Christian bonding.
We invite you to share a hearty breakfast and a time of fellowship with us soon!
